L'analyse stratigraphique et sedimentologique de la Formation de la Mambere, unite horizontale situee dans l'Ouest et le Sud-Ouest de la Republique Centrafricaine, a apporte des arguments en faveur de l'origine glaciaire des depots; une reconstitution paleogeographique a ete esquissee en vue de preciser l'âge de la formation. Deux grandes categories de depots glaciaires ont ete identifiees: L'origine meridionale du materiel detritique est demontree par l'analyse exoscopique des quartz et l'etude des mineraux lourds. Job satisfaction is understood through its dual role on organization productivity and employees achievement (Smith, 1998). The use of instruments to measure it in Portugal, has been the subject of several studies, such as the adaptation of the Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23 (Meliá & Peiró, 1989) to Portuguese population carried out by Pocinho and García (2008). This study is a further contribution to the study of the psychometric qualities of this instrument. Incidence of Stakeholders in the corporate social responsibility of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises of Santa Marta

Abstract This article analyses the perception and application of corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices in a sample of 499 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the city of Santa Marta (Colombia) following the theory of Stakeholders. Specifically, the interdependence technique of exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the most influential Stakeholders in the execution of CSR practices. It was found that Stakeholders related to the value chain, the environment and corporate management favour social responsibility actions in local MSMEs. Peer effects in the light of students interactions and the subjective dimensions of school experience

This Thesis addresses the issue of peer-effects in the context of school. From analysis of a large database produced by a Chilean national study (SIMCE 2004), this work investigates the mechanisms through which pupils with different levels of scholastic, human and cultural capital influence each other. These influences seem present for a diverse range of school outcomes, including academic achievement. Drawing on the literature produced by different disciplinary approaches —sociology, economics, social psychology and education— the study focuses on ways of identifying and measuring peer-effects. Titanium oxinitride thin films, TiNxOy, were elaborated on Si(100) by the MOCVD (Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition) method, using titanium isopropoxide Ti(OCH(CH3)2)4 and ammonia NH3 as precursors. By varying the growth temperature, it is possible to modify the N/O ratio and change the conductivity of the films.The target of this work was to determine the composition and the structure of these TiNxOy thin films in order to understand the electrical properties. However, this study was difficult because classical characterization techniques (SEM, XRD, Raman, XPS...) were unable to describe the whole TiNxOy system.
